Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

Four electric vehicle (EV) charging areas (located east and west of the office building) allow 13 electric vehicles to charge simultaneously. The charging stations are intermediate Level 2 and typically consume 3-4 kW while charging.

Research Value

EV charging has become more prominent, but EV charging technology is still new. Evaluation of these charging stations will provide a better understanding of the application of EV charging and overall effect on power usage at the site.
