Net Combined represents the net electricity flowing to/from the power grid that services the entire recreation area.

When power produced from the solar and wind systems exceeds the power consumed by the loads and electric vehicle charging stations, excess power flows into the power grid and is received by Lenoir City Utilities Board (an electric power distributor for TVA).
