Pole-mounted solar with string inverter technology is located at the overlook/visitor center area. The PV modules have a combined capacity output of 5.28 kW and include a string inverter providing dc-to-ac conversion.

In December 2017 this inverter was upgraded to enable advanced grid-support functions.
