Weather Station

Overview

Weather stations are commonly used to evaluate the effects of various weather conditions on the performance of PV technologies. Depending on the climate and surroundings of a PV plant, environmental factors can have a considerable effect on the plant’s power output.

Research Value

Weather conditions are important measurements used to determine the effects of temperature, precipitation, wind, etc. on the performance of the PV technologies over the course of a year.
